Shipping policy
All our orders are shipped via DPD UK, one of Europe's leading parcel delivery services. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
We currently ship to the following locations: England, Wales & Scotland.
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day available.
NOTE: Delays may occur with shipping due to weather conditions or peak periods - we are not responsible for these delays. If you experience, please contact DPD directly with your tracking number or contact us for assistance.
If you are note home at the time of delivery, DPD will:
- Leave a calling card with further instructions
- Attempt redelivery
- Offer alternative options, such as: delivery to a DPD pick up shop.
Damaged or lost parcels - if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, contact us at info@platinumprintingservices.com with your order number and tracking info.
