Once a purchase is complete it is considered final. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before confirming their purchase. In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact within 3 working days of delivery with photo evidence. We will then assess the issue and may provide a replacement or credit at our sole discretion.
